Pitsea Running Club were out in force at Basildon parkrun on Saturday 20th November.with 21 club members pacing from 20 minutes with 1 minute increments to 40 minutes.
There were a number of PB’s achieved and the attendance of 155 was an increase of nearly 50 runners on recent numbers at Basildon parkrun.
Pacing is far from easy and .we had a number of brave volunteers who stepped up to help having never paced before, together with other members who came to support Basildon parkrun.
