Safety – it is every members responsibility
While we have first aiders, all our members have the responsibility to ensure that they are safe and uninjured when they attend club runs. if you have any niggles, or are coming back from injury please let the run leader for the activity know.
Before you volunteer to be a first aider, please ensure that you are comfortable assisting others. Club first aiders will be asked to assist at club events like such as Crown to Crown and/or cross country
