The Crown to Crown is a long established race and very popular within the running community, attracting runners from across Essex and London. The course is a measured 5k undulating part trail and part road route, which is challenging in parts, yet equally picturesque.

Update Added 23rd December - Final Race Day Instructions
Online registration is now closed. We have VERY limited “On the Day” race availability. This will open at 10am, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
As a result of the increased number of COVID infections, Government guidelines and for the safety and comfort of all, we ask you to wear a face covering when collecting your race number or registering “On the Day”. Once you have your race number, please move to a different area to avoid unnecessary congregation.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID, please do NOT attend. We encourage you to perform a Lateral Flow Test on the day, if this test proves positive, please do NOT attend.
The start line is a 2 minute walk from the number collection/registration area - please leave sufficient time to reach the start for an 11am start.
