Essex Cross-Country League Race 2

The races will start and finish in Epping Forest near the junction of Rangers Road and Forest Side, North Chingford, London E4 6BA. 

Chingford Station on the London Underground is five minutes walk away, and trains leave Liverpool St and Walthamstow Central every 15 minutes. There are two Corporation carparks nearby: Barn Hoppitt carpark on Rangers Road, E4 7QH and the much larger Chingford Plain carpark on Bury Road, E4 6AR. Charges for both are payable via the Ringgo app.

Toilets and changing facilities are available at the Orion Clubhouse, which is 10 minutes walk away on Bury Road, E4 7QJ. There is no parking or drop off at the Clubhouse.

The course comprises a short, medium and long lap, plus out and back section to the finish, with races and approximate distances as follows:
