About the Event

This is a team and individual event with the first four Pitsea Running Club ladies and the first six Pitsea Running Club men to finish in their respective races  scoring points for Pitsea Running Club in the Essex League.

Every Pitsea Running Club runner scores points as individuals in your age category. Age categories go up in five year slots – senior men/women then 40, 45, 50 etc., and if you complete four of the Essex League races you will be in the running for one of the awards that are given for the first three ladies and first three men in each age category at the end of the season.

Second claim members are welcome to run if your first claim club is not competing, but you won't be able to score for points.

Runners must wear their Pitsea Running Club colours.

As always, you don’t have to be fast, you don’t have to be experienced, you just need to be able to complete the race distance.

Start & finish - off Lambourne Rd, Chigwell Row opposite Millers Lane.

Sign up will be on the day and free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PARKING AT THIS LOCATION FOR COMPETITORS. The limited parking at the start / finish is reserved for race organisers, officials and first aid only. Do not park at the Two Brewers Pub or in the local side roads.
