The Essex Senior Cross-Championships is a pre booked event and Pitsea Running Club Members entries are paid for by the club.

There is a cut off point for the club to purchase these, so please confirm you are wanting to take part by WEDNESDAY 20th DECEMBER.

As always it would be great to have a big PRC turnout on the day, especially with it being so local.

You don’t have to be fast, you don’t have to be experienced, you just need to be able to complete 8k (Senior Women) or 10k (Senior Men

The race route is very likely to be muddy so trail shoes are recommended.

Runners must wear their Pitsea Running Club colours.
