South Essex Cross-Country League Race 2
Hosted by Pitsea Running Club. The South Essex Cross-Country League season runs consists of five fixtures run on Sundays in various locations in South Essex. This event is permitted by the TRA and will be run under UKA rules.

About the Event
This is a team event with the first six men and four women in scoring for the team, although two of the men and one of the women have to be veterans. But we still need as many club members to take part as possible as this reduces the points scored by the teams from other clubs.
As always, you don’t have to be fast, you don’t have to be experienced, you just need to be able to complete the race distance.
Races start at 10am. The men’s and ladies teams run together.
Race Distance: 6.8 km / 4.25 miles
