September 2025 Crown to Crown Results

The fifth and final evening race in the 2025 Crown to Crown series.

We had a great turnout of 121 runners.

Summer is officially over, with some torrential rain earlier in the day, it softened the course a bit but thankfully stayed dry during the race.

Congratulations to everyone who participated - special kudos to our race winners:

1st Male: Nick Wetheridge, Basildon Athletics Club (00:19:08)

1st Male Youth: Ollie Johnson, Brentwood Beagles AC (00:18:57)

1st Female: Rachel Broome, Springfield Striders RC (00:19:23)

1st Female Youth: Sophie Bickerstaff, Brentwood Beagles AC (00:19:38)

All proceeds from this event will be donated to our selected charities, St Luke's Hospice and The Meningitis Trust. We appreciate your support.

An up to date table for the final standings in our Champions of Champions 2025 will be coming in the next few days.

The next Crown to Crown race is scheduled for Boxing Day, Friday, December 26th at 11am. We look forward to seeing you there to enjoy some fresh air and work off some of that Christmas turkey.
