What a cracking day to start our 2022 Crown to Crown Race Series. Thank you to the 214 runners who took part in such glorious conditions and to all the spectators who cheered them on. We really do appreciate your support.
And please join us in thanking our team of volunteers, without them, we simply couldn’t have staged this event.
Congratulations to our winners, Crispian Bloomfield of Billericay Striders and Grace Goodall of Basildon AC who were our first adult male and female finishers and to , Oscar Farley of Billericay Striders and Olivia Forrest of Thurrock Harriers who were our first youth male and female finishers.
And a special mention to Crispian who yesterday won his 50th Crown to Crown out of the 82 he has attended. - superb.
